About Us

Hello! We’re We Love Doodles. We are a website that is dedicated to dogs – especially Doodles! Whether you have a dog, are looking to rescue or purchase a puppy, or want to learn more about Doodles, we are here to help.

The idea for We Love Doodles started back in 2016 when our founder, Garrett Yamasaki, couldn’t find much information about Doodles or a reputable Goldendoodle breeder.

Since Doodles were a relatively new and trending dog breed, there was a lot of unreliable information on the internet. Our goal has always been to publish high-quality content that is helpful to ordinary people. We have veterinarian writers and editors that help us create awesome content.

We Love Doodles About Us

"Dogs can teach humans more about how to live than humans can teach a dog."

Who We Are

We Love Doodles Logo Transparent

From the very first day, we’ve always tried to write content that was easy to understand and helps users answer their questions. We originally started out writing about Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, and Bernedoodles.

Today, we cover virtually every Doodle Breed and you’ll notice articles even covering purebred dog breeds. At the end of the day, we want to help people find what they are looking for.

Our writers and researchers, including veterinarians, are dog enthusiasts. You can be sure the material has been thoroughly researched since we’re like a dog with a bone until it’s done right.

At our core, we’re all just dog advocates. We’re sure you are, too. Welcome to our blog!

What We Do

Our goal has always been to provide you with the most up-to-date information about Doodles and other dog breeds. We want to provide you with useful, easy-to-read information. In order to do that, we spend several hours researching a topic or testing products before we even start writing an article. We Love Doodles supports ethical dog breeding and have spoken with several reputable Doodle breeders around the country to get the most up-to-date information on the topic to give to you. We want to be your source with all things related to dogs and Doodles!

If Kona could talk, he would demand more treats and want to go to the dog park 24/7. He’s arguably the most spoiled Goldendoodle in the world, but he tests all the products that we recommend. He’s the one who gives the paws up or paws down! He personally tests all the products that we launch in our store.

More About We Love Doodles

We started We Love Doodles to share our passion for dogs and to help other dog owners. Many other blogs won’t cover mixed dog breeds, or mutts, so we saw an opportunity to share our experience raising our F2B mini Goldendoodle

A Doodle is a mixed dog breed between a Poodle and another dog breed, such as a Golden Retriever. People call them Doodles just to refer to the Poodle part of the name. The most popular types of Doodles are Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, Bernedoodles, and Aussiedoodles.

You can find our shop here. Our best-selling products are our slicker brushes, dog shampoo, and dog detangler. Since doodles are mostly nonshedding and hypoallergenic they need to be groomed regularly. We create high-quality dog grooming products for at-home groomers.
