I just finished watching a documentary called Earthlings that contains the most abominable acts of cruelty towards animals that I have ever seen. It is horrible.
It’s hard to believe that this important documentary has been available for more than a year on DVD. I am so thankful to have come across it, and I hope that all of our readers take time to view it.
Victoria Stilwell and Cesar Millan are currently two of the most popular dog trainers in America, if not in the world. Both of them have their own tried and true methods of training. There is a lot of debate online and in the media on whether Cesar Millan’s methods are outdated and cruel.

Chaining is not only inhumane for dogs, but has taken a severe toll on this nation’s children as well. In the period from October 2003 through August 2009, there were at least 277 children killed or seriously injured by chained dogs across the country.

I just got Miss Daisy home on Friday and she’s beautiful and sweet and I couldn’t ask for a better standard poodle. She’s very small and she’s already 6 months old.. and get this.. her birthday is the same day as my Aussidoodle Teddy.. same day, month and Year! Just in different states to different mommies. Haha!
They’re all getting along great too.. Thank God!

I found this post about “Maisie the Digging Aussiedoodle” at The Happy Dog Spot and I though she was adorable. She looks like she could be my Aussiedoodles sister or something. They look so much alike.
Maisie is a 4 month old Aussiedoodle that decided normal dog digging is not sufficient. In her world digging involves warp speed paws and non-stop flying sand combined with tail between the legs full out sprints, growling and barking.
